They sold me a car with a flat tire and didn’t even care to try to remedy that.

I just bought a 2025 Genesis GV70. The person we (my husband and I) dealt with was Josue Bournigal. He is a very pleasant and knowledgeable person to deal with about the business and vehicles he sells. He was very helpful in helping us to try different vehicles to make sure that we chose the right vehicle we wanted.

No communication nothing but lies and run around Damaged every one of my rims set up to let them fix this had 5 months to prepare has had my car for 3 days have done nothing to fix my rims lied multiple times to me no customer service at all won't even say sorry for their screw up so now it's time to call the lawyer in and teach them what accountability is Stay away from this dealership and it's utterly incompetent workers

Sara was my specialist for this oil change. She was welcoming, kind and made sure I was comfortable during my wait time. She was also very kind to my daughter who was with me during the drop off of my car! Sara was amazing and I would return to this dealership because of her great service!

My vehicle was brought (2023 Genesis G70) for service on 10/12/2024. For an oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor Jeremy had looked into the vehicle and confirmed that there was a recall on the vehicle and it would just be a quick update won’t take long. 10 visits to correct minor issues. Problems remembering to order parts for months, order the wrong parts, not installing parts that the vehicle was there for, damaging vehicle during a “wash” which must have been done with a shop broom and then breaking a windshield when correcting the damage. The Genesis Northampton online and in-person team were exceptionally responsive to all my inquiries. My salesperson, Melissa, was helpful and patient. The only reason I've giving a four star rather than five star rating is because, given that Genesis is a luxury brand, there should be separate Genesis dealerships rather than co-locating Genesis at a Hyundai dealership. I understanding this change is in progress.

Competitive pricing and easy to deal with. Did the whole deal from NYS with ease for the lease of an Electrified GV70. They even delivered!

From a friendly welcome to reviewing work done, everyone was very courteous & professional. My service specialist Jeremy, seemed very knowledgeable and empathetic, walking me through what had been done and what was needed to complete the repairs. Horrible customer service. Made an appointment for 4 new tires, alignment, oil change and new fuel pump because of a recall. I live 94 miles away from the dealership so I made sure everything was confirmed before I drove there and dropped my car. The only thing completed was the oil change because they “forgot” to order the tires and the fuel pump is on “back order”.
